The Scribbos Outlook Plug-in™ enables you to securely send messages and large files within Microsoft Outlook using Scribbos™. It’s as easy as sending an email! However, unlike email, you can quickly send files up to 250MB*. No more worrying about message bounce backs due to size limitations. The Scribbos Outlook Plug-in frees up your email client to increase file size capacity.

Once the Plug-in has been downloaded and setup, the Scribbos tab will appear on your Microsoft Outlook taskbar. Create your message and attach your files like any other email. Once you are ready to send your information and files securely, simply click the Scribbos tab in the Outlook taskbar and select “Send Encrypted.”

Scribbos ensures that your message will be sent encrypted to intended recipients, avoiding any “man-in-middle attacks” and preventing your confidential information from being compromised.

The Scribbos Outlook Plug-in is compatible with Outlook 2007 and 2010.

* Due to limitations introduced in Microsoft Outlook 2010, file attachment size is limited to 20MB in this version of Outlook. You are still able to send file sizes up to 250MB with Microsoft Outlook 2007.
