Nathan Hammond, Chief Technology Officer

A co-founder of Stonebranch, Nathan has served as company CTO since 1999 and is responsible for managing technology and architecture. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Nathan is an expert in the distributed computing environment and software development process ensuring that Stonebranch customers receive the highest quality products. Prior to Stonebranch, he was the chief architect at Beta Systems Software Inc., in the workload management business unit. Nathan received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He enjoys horseback riding, backpacking and reading philosophy and is an avid student of architecture, a field he would have pursued had he not chosen computer science.
